Creasis San Pedro Privacy Notice
1. Identity and address of the Data Controller
Creasis San Pedro, located at Av. Lázaro Cárdenas 1010, Residencial San Agustín, 1er Sector, 66260 San Pedro Garza García, N.L., Mexico, is responsible for the collection, use and protection of your personal data.
2. Personal Data Collected
We collect your personal data and sensitive personal data to provide assisted reproduction services. This includes, but is not limited to: full name, address, email address, telephone number, medical history, genetic information and any other data necessary to provide our services effectively and safely.
3. Purposes of data processing
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
– Providing the requested services related to assisted reproduction.
– Communicating with you about appointments, treatments and necessary follow-up.
– Improving the quality of our services and offering a personalized experience.
– Complying with applicable legal obligations in Mexico.
4. Transfers of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside the country by parties other than this company. Your information may be shared with health authorities, laboratories or insurers as necessary to provide our services, always in accordance with the purposes described in this notice.
5. ARCO Rights
You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, object to its processing or revoke the consent you have given us for that purpose, through the procedures we have established. This privacy notice was last updated on June 4, 2025.
Cookies and privacy preferences
Necessary cookies and storage make the site work and remember your preferences. Optional analytics and advertising measurement tools stay off until you authorise their purpose. You can reject, accept or configure them separately; continuing to browse does not give permission.
Site analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives technical data about visits, language and clicks on phone or WhatsApp links. Page titles are replaced with the Creasis name, and treatment pages, articles and specific calendars are grouped under general paths. These clicks indicate contact intent; they do not confirm a conversation or an appointment.
Advertising measurement
If you allow this purpose, Google Ads can associate enquiries with campaigns. We retain click identifiers and campaign codes for up to 90 days, without extending that period when you browse or change language. These are shared with Creasis calendars, surveys and forms so the CRM can record the enquiry source. Withdrawing this permission removes that record from your browser.
With that same permission, Meta Pixel records only general visits to the home page and the institutional page about Creasis, in Spanish or English. Surveys, calendars, forms, articles and treatment pages are excluded. It also stays off if the URL or referring page may contain sensitive information. Patient events, booking events and advanced matching are not configured.
Google and Meta may receive cookie and advertising identifiers, technical browser data and network information such as the IP address. The site does not add names, email addresses, personal phone numbers, clinical answers or messages to its measurement events. Google Signals and Google ad personalisation remain off. Medical page details are excluded from Google metadata; Meta is limited to the institutional pages listed above.
Your choice and how to change it
We remember your choice in this browser for six months and share it between the Spanish and English versions. You can change or withdraw it through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. We respect Global Privacy Control when your browser requests that advertising measurement be disabled. Withdrawing an active permission reloads the page to stop the tags and remove their cookies accessible on this domain, so finish any form before changing it.
This version asks you to choose again even if you accepted the previous measurement setup: that permission does not automatically extend to Meta or new purposes. If your browser prevents preferences from being stored, your choice applies only while you remain on that page. With JavaScript disabled, the site’s optional Google and Meta tags do not load.
Booking and contact
Creasis’s CRM provides calendars, surveys, forms and the WhatsApp widget, which remain available regardless of this choice. These services may use their own necessary technologies. Data you submit is handled under this notice and each form’s notices; cookie permission is separate from care or communications consent.
Read the Google privacy policy and the Meta privacy policy to learn how these providers handle data.
