Caring for our digital presence, too.
A clear, accessible and efficient experience to support you, with responsible use of digital resources.
People, resources and continuous improvement
Our commitment
At Creasis San Pedro, we believe a useful digital experience should care for people and the resources it uses. The internet relies on energy, networks, data centres and devices. We therefore work to avoid unnecessary loading and make clear information about our services easier to access.
This commitment brings together technical efficiency, accessibility and website continuity. We aim to help you find what you need with fewer barriers and unnecessary steps.
Measures in place on this website
- Optimised images sized for the screen, with deferred loading for images that are not a priority.
- Locally hosted fonts and resources that can be reused through caching, avoiding repeat transfers when the browser can reuse them.
- Main content prepared in HTML, without relying on real-time translation to read pages in Spanish and English.
- Booking and guidance components loaded on the pages where they are needed. The environmental indicator in the footer is requested as you approach that area.
- A lightweight mode that uses system fonts and avoids animations, alongside options to reduce motion.
An experience that includes more people
Accessibility is part of this approach. The website offers reading, contrast, link and motion settings through the “Accessibility and digital sustainability” button.
We work to improve accessibility using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference. Our accessibility statement explains the status and limits of the assessment, as well as outstanding work.

Privacy and external services
Optional analytics and advertising tools are subject to your cookie preferences. You can review or change your choice from the footer.
Surveys, calendars and chat use external services. Their operation also consumes resources and may involve requests, storage or processes outside this website’s direct control. Visual settings and lightweight mode do not necessarily apply within these components.
Measurement and transparency
Technical optimisations are design measures; on their own, they do not demonstrate a specific reduction in emissions. Any automated estimates displayed on the website depend on the methodology and scope of each tool.
This statement does not provide a complete energy or emissions inventory, or environmental certification of the website. It does not claim carbon neutrality or a measured percentage saving. Any quantitative results published will need to specify the date, method, pages assessed and measurement boundaries.
How we will keep improving
- Review page weight and the performance of a sample of user journeys, especially on mobile devices.
- Assess the usefulness and loading cost of new content, images and integrations before adding them.
- Continue assessing accessibility and external guidance and booking processes.
- Document measurements undertaken and update this statement when relevant changes occur.
Scope of this statement
This statement covers the public creasissanpedro.com website in Spanish and English. It does not describe or certify the environmental impact of clinical operations, laboratories, medical treatments or external platforms as a whole.
